Students host jogging program
Posted: August 27, 2013A.T. Still University-Kirksville College of Osteopathic Medicine students in the American College of Osteopathic Family Physicians organization are hosting a nine week “Couch to 5k” training program.
The program is free, open to the public, and designed for people with no experience jogging, but flexible for experienced joggers.
The first session was a success with 28 participants.
Anyone can attend as many or as few sessions as they’d like.
Sessions take place on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays at 6 p.m. at the walking path in front of Kirksville High School. The program ends on Thursday, Oct. 24, 2013.
