Audiology alum discusses tinnitus on CBS radio

Allen W. Rohe, AuD, FAAA

Allen W. Rohe, AuD, FAAA, ‘05 was a recent guest on a nationally syndicated CBS radio show, People of Distinction. The interview focused on Dr. Rohe’s work in the Phoenix metro area with his practice, Tri-City Audiology, Ear Candy, a music charity focused on bringing music education to youth, and the American Tinnitus Association through the Arizona Walk to Silence Tinnitus.

“I am trying to raise awareness and get people involved in raising money for better research,” said Dr. Rohe. “I want to help people understand what a significant problem tinnitus has become with our troops returning from war.”

Dr. Rohe is also chair for the 2013 Arizona Walk to Silence Tinnitus.  The radio show is set to air Friday, August 3 on http://www.live365.com/ at 12:00 pm mountain standard time, 3 pm eastern.
