ATSU celebrates National American Indian Heritage month
Posted: November 8, 2012American Indian arts and crafts, food, and music greeted ATSU faculty, staff, and students on the Mesa campus south patio on Wednesday, Nov. 7, 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. The event, sponsored by the National Center for American Indian Health Professions (NCAIHP), honors National American Indian Heritage Month.
National American Indian Heritage Month celebrates native peoples, culture, traditions, music, dance and concepts of life. Grammy-nominated acoustic guitarist and flutist, Aaron White, provided music for the event.
