AT students learn about sudden death in collegiate athletics

Randy Cohen, ATC, D.P.T., athletic trainer and associate athletic director for medical services at the University of Arizona, spoke to ATSU-ASHS athletic training students about sudden death in collegiate athletics September 29.
Dr. Cohen’s focus was on cardiac conditions, sickle cell trait, and heat illness. His presentation was followed by a question and answer session with athletic training students and faculty.
