ATSU hosts international group on Missouri campus

ATSU hosted four representatives of Kunming Medical University on its Kirksville, Mo., campus on Sept. 20. The group traveled from China to meet with ATSU President Jack Magruder and other top University members. During the visit both universities gave presentations, toured the campus, and compared academic and regulatory environments between the two schools and countries.
The visit was initiated by John Hon, KCOM ’79. Dr. Hon has been exploring potential ideas for collaboration with ATSU-KCOM and China, and while there are no immediate or long-term plans, he requested the group to visit campus and discuss possible collaborative opportunities.
