ATSU-KCOM student organization wins ACOFP awards

A.T. Still University-Kirksville College of Osteopathic Medicine’s (ATSU-KCOM) student chapter of American College of Osteopathic Family Physicians (ACOFP) members.

A.T. Still University-Kirksville College of Osteopathic Medicine’s (ATSU-KCOM) student chapter of American College of Osteopathic Family Physicians (ACOFP) recently won the organization’s Chapter Recruitment Award and Communications Chapter Award.

ATSU-KCOM student chapter officers are Kade Kinney, OMS II, president; Lei Alena Dagat, OMS II, vice president; Vanessa Ignacio, OMS II, secretary; and Karina Timmerman, OMS II, treasurer.

Additionally, Marissa Bruno, OMS II, and Wyatt Eikermann, OMS II, were recognized with Osteopathic Family Medicine Student Awards from ACOFP and Auxiliary to the ACOFP. The monetary awards are presented to qualified students who have indicated an interest in family medicine and ACOFP.
