Eleventh annual NACHC Recruitment Fair held

November 2, 2016
Posted In: Community Health Centers, Events

ATSU Student Affairs held the 11th annual National Association of Community Health Centers (NACHC) Recruitment Fair on the Mesa campus on Tuesday, Nov. 1 from 4:00-6:00 p.m., with over 20 recruiters from across the country in attendance to meet with students from various programs. Approximately 85 students from ASDOH, ASHS, and SOMA attended the recruitment fair.

The recruitment fair was beneficial for students seeking post-graduate employment opportunities, but also for the community health centers. “The vendors were very excited about the future of healthcare after engaging with our students,” says Mykel Estes, MEd, director of student life.

Beginning in 2017, the NACHC Recruitment Fair will be expanding to St. Louis.
