Museum hosts annual Secret Garden Tea
Posted: June 26, 2009The Still National Osteopathic Museum hosted its annual Secret Garden Tea event June 25. Attendees gathered in Heritage Hall for a short program deliverd by artist Brandon Crandall. Crandall created the bronze sculpture of a child, entitled “Curiosity,” that makes its home in the Historic Medicinal Plant Garden. “Curiosity” was commissioned by Travis Freeman of the Freeman Foundation and was unveiled in the fall of 2007.
Exhibit Preparator Robert Clement presented on the Historic Medicinal Plant Garden and its recent rennovations. During the past year, Clement has made several hardscape changes, adding new walkways, benches, and lighting.
