NCAIHP greets Navajo nation president

Nathan Lefthand, project coordinator for the National Center for American Indian Health Professions (NCAIHP) at A.T Still University, Mesa campus, had the opportunity to meet with the president of the Navajo Nation, Ben Shelly, during the Center’s outreach at the Annual Navajo Nation Fair in Window Rock, Ariz.
President Shelly was happy to see the presence of the NCAIHP booth and that A.T Still University is reaching out to American Indians to become professional healthcare providers. “NCAIHP outreach efforts continue to educate and offer guidance to American Indians to become professional healthcare providers,” said Lefthand.
