ATSU-KCOM students, faculty/staff, and their families continued the community service project – Operation Osteopathic Service – they began in August 2009. On May 8, more than 90 individuals spent a few hours cleaning and beautifying downtown Kirksville in an effort to give back to the community.
“Over 90 people participated in this union of university and community!” said John Thurman Jr., OMS II. “I have full faith and confidence that this new ATSU tradition will grow with the focus of service and compassion.”
