President Phelps meets with Kirksville Committee

President Phelps and the president of Truman University met recently with The Kirksville Downtown Improvement Committee (KDIC) comprised of Kirksville business owners to address ways to make the gap between the universities and the downtown area seamless. Local Kirksville station KTVO also interviewed Dr. Phelps regarding the meeting.
