Posted: February 13, 2019
The Student National Medical Association’s (SNMA) 2019 Cultural Diffusion show took place Friday, Jan. 25. The show featured a variety of performances including vocal and instrumental performances played on the guitar, piano, and oboe. The evening concluded with a fashion show of models displaying outfits from various countries.
“We put on this event to both showcase the hidden talents that some of our fellow classmates and faculty possess, as well as to educate and celebrate the diversity within our school and the local community,” says Amanda Oliver, OMS II, SNMA president, who organized the event. “It’s always a relaxed and fun-filled environment for people of all backgrounds to come together and enjoy not only a great show, but each other’s company as well.”
