Arizona campus faculty and staff showcased their Southwest cooking skills in the Salsa Challenge on October 21 as part of the 2010 Employee Investment Campaign. A total of 12 entries in categories including mild, hot, and wildfire competed for bragging rights and a gift card to Straight A Coffee.
Salsa entries were judged by fellow faculty and staff during the lunch hour, while all attendees washed down the fresh creations with frozen drinks. Winners were Becky Richardson, first; Scott Levy, second; and Deanne Fay, third.
