Students volunteer at YMCA Fall Health Fair

On Sept. 10, A.T. Still University (ATSU) students and faculty participated in the Tempe YMCA Fall Health Fair providing free health assessments and screenings to members of the community.

Fifty student from ATSU’s dental, occupational therapy, physical therapy, physician assistant, and medical programs volunteered during the event.

The day started with a special ceremony in honor of the September 11 National Day of Service and Remembrance. Tempe Health Fair medical director, Gerry Keenan, PA-C, MMS, associate professor, gave the opening remarks.
