Physician Assistant department wins Diversity Champion Cup

Michelle DiBaise, DHSc, MPAS, DFAAPA, PA department chair, accepting award from Clinton Normore, MBA, vice president diversity & inclusion.

Clinton Normore, MBA, vice president of diversity & inclusion at A.T. Still University, presented the first Diversity Champion Cup to the Physician Assistant (PA) department.

The 2020 Diversity Festival took place at the Mesa, Arizona, campus in February.

Upon arrival at the festival, students were given a stamp card to be completed that night, as they visited various booths throughout the festival. The PA department received the award after having the highest percentage of first-year students participate at this year’s event.

Michelle DiBaise, DHSc, MPAS, DFAAPA, PA department chair, accepted the award on the department’s behalf.
